Pre-Buy Version 2 for OS X and Save Money!
We are offering a special pre-buy offer for NoteWorthy
for OS X for our new customers. Prior to the release
of the commercial edition, you can order NoteWorthy for OS X
for just $39 -- that's the lowest price we've ever offered
for a NoteWorthy product!
NOTE: Customers who have purchased Version 1 of
NoteWorthy for Macintosh will save more by getting Version 2
as an upgrade rather than a new purchase.

FAQ
How much do I save?
We have not yet finalized the pricing for Version 2 of
NoteWorthy, but it will be more than $39. (The price
of Version 1 is $89, and the lowest we have discounted
single copies is $59.)
I own NoteWorthy 1 for Mac. Is this the best price
I will get?
No. It will be cheaper to get Version 2 as an
upgrade when it is officially released.
I own NoteWorthy 1 for Windows but not for Mac.
Will there be an crossgrade offer?
No, we treat these as separate products.
I use OS X at the office, but still use OS 9.2 at
home. Do I need to make two separate purchases of
NoteWorthy -- one for OS X and one for Mac Classic?
No. This one purchase covers both the Carbon and
the Classic editions of Version 2. However, you cannot
use a dataset that has been read by Version 2 with Version 1
of NoteWorthy, as the file formats are incompatible.
When will I get my software?
You can download the beta now, and keep downloading the
latest release right up through the release of the
commercial edition. So you can use NoteWorthy Version
2 uninterrupted from now on. When you purchase, you
will receive an Unlock Code for the commercial edition of
NoteWorthy. Keep this handy for when the commercial
release comes, as you will then need it to take NoteWorthy
out of 45-day trial mode.
I have a gazillion notes in NoteWorthy 1. Will my
NoteWorthy 1 notes be usable with NoteWorthy 2 for OS X?
Yes. Whether you use Mac or Win versions, your
notes can be read by NoteWorthy 2 for OS X. However,
open a COPY, as Version 2 will reformat the data so that it
cannot be read by Version 1 any more.
Do I have to pay $39 before seeing if I like it?
No. You can go to our beta site
and download the latest beta version to try for free.
It will eventually time out, and of course may not be fully
debugged, but you will be able to find out what the program
does and how it works.
Is there an even cheaper way of getting NoteWorthy?
There are several. Volume
purchases can drive the per-copy cost down even lower
than our pre-buy price. So user groups, for example,
may profit from buying copies for all their
members.
However, for academic users, it is possible to have
rights to the product without cost to the user if your
institution buys a site license.
Academic site licenses give all students, faculty and staff
rights to use the program at school, at home, and on a
mobile computer. The per unit cost is extremely low
(often under $1/copy) to the institution, and free to the
consumer. Please tell your IT software representative
to contact us to purchase a site license for your school!
