Reporting Bugs:

We have provided four ways of addressing questions and problems you may experience as a user:

1. Bug Report Form: This is the preferred method for submitting reports of bugs in our software.  

2. Suggestion Form: This is the preferred method for submitting a feature request or other suggestion that is not a report of a bug.

3. NoteWorthy discussion listserv: This is a discussion group for NoteWorthy users.  It is a good forum for asking other users for help and, er, comparing notes on the product.

4. Email us for problems that cannot be addressed through these other venues.

Things to check and suggestions:

Some suggestions if you think you have a bug....

1. Check to make sure you have the latest update of the software.  If not, first check the bug fix list to see if you bug you report has already been fixed in an update currently available.

2. In the case of startup crashes, check the Conflicts page to see if there are known system conflicts that may be the cause of the problem.

3. If your problem has not been addressed already, please DO contact us!  Your bug reports are not an annoyance to us, but an essential part of refining our software!
