I believe your internal search page is broken--I tried a couple of increasingly broad searches (finishing with "noteworthy" and "intelli-gents") and got no hits for any of them. I was originally looking for information on Mac OS X compatibility (present or planned)--if such information is on the web site anywhere, I couldn't find it.

Having hard time downloading the product. Will get about 60-70% complete and then it tells me that there is a network error.

Unfortunatley, in the 4 days I have been using your demo, the program has crashed every single time I have run it. I wouldn't even be writing to you, except that your software is the only one I've found that comes this close to doing what I need and I would love to see the problems fixed. Following is a more specific description of some of the problems that have popped up more than once. I also submitted a few bug reports, but the software is now so thoroughly crashed that I can't even launch it, which makes bug reporting difficult. First of all, there are problems switching between tabs. Frequently, when I'm in the bibliography section, choosing another tab has no effect. Selecting the People tab will then sometimes take me back to the Notes/Quotes section. This, along with most of my other problems, causes the program to freeze. I can still switch to other applications and work fine (thanks for whatever you did to keep it from crashing my whole system), but cannot do anything within NoteWorthy except collapse the window. Upon uncollapsing it, the screen is totally white and I cannot do anything except force quit. There also seems to be a major bug in your record locating. Deleting all the demo records and creating a new bibliography produces a record count of ""-3 of 0"" and the program now immediately crashes on launch because of invalid pointers. All in all, I love the idea of NoteWorthy, but in the 4 days I've played with the demo have not been able to run it without crashing the program. I, and all the people I know who are doing large research projects, would love a piece of software like this, but I am not willing to spend money or risk my research on software that is so unreliable.
