Bug fixes

bulletIn 1.1.3, there was a navigation bug in People mode in which the PREVIOUS button sent the user back TWO records instead of one.  This has been fixed.
bulletIn 1.1.3, the BIOGRAPHY field in People displayed numerous toolbars by default.  This has been changed so that they are hidden by default.
bulletIn 1.1.3, in People mode, names in non-Roman characters did not always automatically appear in the proper font when the record was loaded.  This has been fixed.
bulletIn 1.1.3 there were problems in CHOOSING KEYWORDS in Bibliography and People modes.  These displayed a list of keywords from the NOTE mode and did not insert them when chosen.  The command now displays a list of existing keywords FROM THE SAME MODE (e.g., People) and inserts them.

1.1.3 (Mac only)

6/15/01

bulletChoose Keyword button now brings up a list of existing keywords.  This did not work properly in previous versions.
bulletIn previous versions, in Note mode, records without related Bibliography entries sometimes displayed an erroneous title, as though there were a related entry.  This has been fixed.
bulletIn Bibliography in 800x600 size, in 1.1.1 and 1.1.2, there was a bug in which an alert was displayed upon loading a record saying that text could not be entered there.  This has been fixed.
1.1.2 (Mac only)

5/29/01

bulletSome printing problems fixed.  In 1.1, an extra record was printed when printing a selection.  This is now fixed.  (Some additional printing problems having to do with print margins are being worked on for 1.1.3.)
bulletIn People module, attempting to go to a related Note or Bibliography entry when no such entry existed caused an error.  This is now fixed.
bulletGoing from a Note to its related Bibliography record by the GO! button would fail to save any changes made to the main text area of the Note.  This is now fixed.
bulletIn Bibliography, Non-Roman records did not display the proper font for the Non-Roman Title.  This now automatically changes when loading the record.
bulletIn 1.1, it was possible to change window sizes in Note and People modes but not in Bibliography mode.  It is now possible to change sizes in any of the three modes.
1.1.1 (Mac only) Functionally identical to 1.1.  Difference consists in better compression for faster download
1.1 (Mac only)

4/5/01

bulletMAJOR: Larger screen size (800x600) added to supplement the original screen size, which was optimized to fit on the smallest available notebook screen.
bulletPerformance increases in importing external bibliographies
bulletAnthology screens fixed in Bibliography
bulletBug related to deleting records in List mode fixed

1.0.1 (Mac only)
bulletLocalization problems in non-English-language systems involving difficulties in finding the preferences have been fixed.
bulletProblems with automatic update of Bibliography information displayed in the Note/Quote module have been fixed
bulletProblems with creating a NEW Bibliographic record from WITHIN the Note/Quote module have been fixed.
bulletThe interface for choosing a related Bibliography entry, using the CHOOSE BIBLIO button, has been improved.
bulletSpecial note: there seem to have been an exceptional number of problems that occur (only?) at the first startup after installation.  We suspect that this may be due to the fact that our installer places some things in the System folder.  Beginning with 1.0.1, the installers will require a Restart after installation in an attempt to address this problem.
