NoteWorthy Lab Promotion
IntelliGents is offering a limited number of colleges and
universities the opportunity to install NoteWorthy Virtual
Notecards on every public lab machine on their campus
absolutely free.
Conditions
This is a promotional offer, designed to create student
and faculty interest in our product, and ultimately to
produce sales of individual copies, and so certain
conditions apply. After applying, you will be sent a
copy of an agreement spelling out conditions in
detail. In general terms:
 | Copies of NoteWorthy must be installed and maintained
on every public lab machine on campus, with the
exception of those on which there prove to be software
conflicts and those dedicated to particular purposes
exclusive of the use of our product. |
| The school shall not distribute unlocked (non-trial)
copies of NoteWorthy to any parties for personal use,
nor shall they distribute any unlock codes supplied to
them to any party for private use, or distribute
instructions on how trial copies may be unlocked for
personal use. |
| Copies of NoteWorthy used as part of the lab promotion
may be upgraded at the level of any free upgrades
offered by IntelliGents. Free labware is not
eligible for free upgrade to product versions normally
requiring an additional cost. |
| IntelliGents reserves the right to accept or decline
applications to this promotional program at its own sole
discretion. |
| IntellIGents reserves the right to terminate the
agreement if conditions of the agreement are not met. |
